  1. Where is Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort located?

    Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort is located on Highway 400 at exit 131 (Mount St. Louis Rd) Mount St. Louis Moonstone is approximately 26 km north of Barrie   You can see us from the Highway!

  2. What are your hours of operation?

    Mount St. Louis Moonstone is open Monday-Friday at 8:30am with lifts opening at 9:00am and closing at 4:30pm. Weekends/holidays opening at 8:00a.m with the lifts opening at 8:30 a.m. and closing at 4:30 p.m. We are not open for night skiing/riding.  We are closed on Christmas Day December 25.

  3. Do you have accommodations at your Resort?

    Mount St. Louis Moonstone does not have accommodations on property.  The Arbourgate Country Inn Bed & Breakfast is located directly across the street from Mount St. Louis Moonstone.  Visit www.mountstlouis.com/where-to-stay/ for more information on local lodging.

  4. What does Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort offer?

    Mount St. Louis Moonstone, we have the best skiing/snowboarding with 37 slopes, 13 lifts (of those two being six person lifts), two base chalets with cafeterias, rental shops, and boutiques in both along with the Best Snowboard Park, the “Out Back”.  Mount St. Louis Moonstone has the most advanced snowmaking system in Canada.  At Mount St. Louis Moonstone we have trails available for the beginner through to the well advance skier/rider.  Mount St. Louis Moonstone offers daily lessons, eight-week programs, memberships and daycare for ages 3-5.  In our rental shop we have top of the line skis, snowboards and snowblades available for you.

  5. Does Mount St. Louis Moonstone have snowtubing?

    Sorry, Mount St. Louis Moonstone does not have snowtubing.

  6. Do you have group rates?

    Mount St. Louis Moonstone has group rates for 25 people or more.  Contact our Trip Coordinator for more information by phone at 416-368-6900 / 705-835-2112 or by email info@mountstlouis.com. Group information is also available on line www.mountstlouis.com/group-rates/.
     

  7. How long is your Season?

    Generally, Mount St. Louis Moonstone’s season is from December through to March.

  8. Do you have a lost and found department and how do I report a lost item?

    Yes, the lost and found items are held at our Guest Services Department.  To report a lost item, please email, fax or call with a description.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping.

  9. Do you redeem Air Miles Reward Certificates?

    Yes, Mount St. Louis Moonstone redeems Air Miles Reward Certificates.  Note we have weekday and weekend certificates so please make sure that you have the correct certificate for your visit.

  10. How do I find out about your daily snow conditions?

  11. Do you sell lift tickets by the hour?

    No, Mount St. Louis Moonstone has an eight hour lift ticket 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and a four hour half day lift ticket 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

  12. Do you have bus service?

    Yes, Greyhound departs daily from Toronto and drops off at Mount St. Louis Moonstone each morning at 10:30 am and returns for pick up each evening at 5:30 p.m.  For more information contact the Greyhoud call centre at 1-800-661-8747. 

  13. How do I reserve for a lesson?

    Twenty-four hour notice is required for reserving your lesson.  You may reserve your lesson by email info@mountstlouis.com car by calling Toronto Toll Free 877-835-2112 / 705-835-2112 ext 202 during business hours.
