Group Information

Mount St. Louis Moonstone offers group rates on minimum group size of 25 people. One
complimentary lift ticket is given for every 25 regular tickets purchased. Mount St. Louis Moonstone
has cafeteria facilities for your convenience.

Group discount applies for lift tickets and ski/snowboard/snowblade rentals on Weekdays
or Weekends. The Weekday rates do not apply during the Christmas Break
December 26, 2008 to January 4, 2009 inclusive and Family day February 16, 2009.
Mount St. Louis Moonstone has a Discover Ski or Snowboard Package that gives you
a beginner lift ticket, one-hour group lesson and full rentals for those who have never
tried the sport before. Beginner lift tickets are also available for those who only want
the beginner terrain.

Each group must arrange their own transportation. We also ask that you organize the
collection of money and make one single payment.

Mount St. Louis Moonstone is open daily at 8:00 am with the Lifts opening at 8:30 am
closing at 4:30 pm (closed Christmas Day December 25)

When you have confirmed your date(s) with Mount St. Louis Moonstone, start
to collect information from your participants. You will need to know if they need
rental equipment along with how many are adults, juniors, seniors and if they
are taking one of the Discover packages.
Please call in to confirm the final number of people attending along with
number of rentals required and Discover packages. Two days prior to your
group trip, please confirm the final number.

Arrival:

When the bus arrives or if you are arriving individually, the Coordinator in charge
will advise the Main Office and obtain lift tickets for the entire group and make
payment. Participants will stay together. It will be the Coordinator’s responsibility
to distribute the tickets accordingly.
When tickets have been distributed, those participants that require rental equipment
will proceed to the rental department as a group. Rental forms can be filled in prior
to your trip.
