FIRST DAY OF PROGRAMS
Before the Start of Programs
General
For those who are participating in our 8-week programs, we welcome you and know that you and/or your children will enjoy your time on-snow. We appreciate the choice you have made to spend 8 weeks with us. At this point you would have already:
Registered
You would have already, registered family participants in chosen programs, provided the appropriate information and settled your method of payment for the 8 weeks of skiing or snowboarding.
Confirmation of Enrollment
MSLM office would have confirmed with you the particulars, for the upcoming season. (Program participants, Pass Type, Program Name, Start Date and Time). The office will have also informed you of program package pick up. For New Families, a Snow School representative would have been in contact with you to clarify ability of program participants, to assist in assigning an appropriate group.
FIRST DAY OF PROGRAMS
To ensure a smooth start of programs it is worthwhile to be well prepared. Before showing up on snow, it is important that each participant has appropriate identification and program pass.
Program Package
Package to be picked up includes 2 important pieces, a waiver to be signed and program pass, which is your lift ticket for the length of the season.
If you have not already picked up your program passes, on the first day, enter the main Lodge to receive this important information. As you enter the main building follow the signage to reach Program Information Table. Your package will be ready for pick up and you will be politely directed to the 8-week Program meeting area.
To assist in the smooth start of programs, it is recommended that you arrive in good time to allow for package pick up, equipment storage early arrival to 8-week meeting area.
A Guideline for First Day of Programs
Morning Programs:
Program Package pick-up/on snow check in 8:45am – 9:15am
Morning Programs 9:30am – 11:30am
Afternoon Programs:
Program Package pick-up/on snow check-in 12:15pm – 12:45pm
Afternoon Programs 1:00pm – 3:00pm
8-week Program Meeting Area
All programs meet in the same general area, at the Base of the Hill on St Louis side. Exciting the Main Building on the Hillside, head south (left). Just past the Snow School Meeting Area you will find an INFO sign. An 8-week program representative will greet you at this location and direct you to your specific starting point, for the remainder of the season.

Helpful Things to Know
Enrollment of Programs
Our goal is to accept all, whom are interested in participating in any of our 8-week programs. Registration is however first come, first serve. Respecting the deadline for registration of December 28, 2012, will ensure program participation, and avoid the possibility of declining enrolment due to a full program.
Program Limits
All group programs require a minimum of 6 participants in order for the program to run. MSLM reserves the right to decline participation due to a lack of registration.
Program Schedule
Our 8-week Ski and Snowboard programs start on the weekend of January12th and 13th and run consecutively till March 2nd and 3rd. Holiday weekend, February 16th and 17th included. Program runs regardless of weather conditions.
Make up Dates
MSLM, 8-week program is not able to accommodate any make up dates or program switching for missed dates.
Switching a Program
In the event of a last minute interest in switching programs, please note that switching will not be accepted after January 1, 2013.
Cancellation
Any cancellation requires notification through email, fax or mail prior to January 7, 2013. An administrative fee will apply.
Refund
Unfortunately, refunds are not available after a program begins. No credit or refunds apply to any planned or un-planned absences. In the event of injury or for medical reasons, participants are unable to continue, a credit will be applied towards your next purchase.
