The 2019/20 ski and snowboard season ended March 15th 2020. As announced by Premier Doug Ford yesterday all non-essential business in the province of Ontario must close by March 24th at midnight. Mount St. Louis Moonstone ski resort is a classified non-essential workplace. There are 30 year round staff that this new directive affects. The resort will abide by this directive to protect all staff and limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus in our area and our province. The closure of the ski resort, for now, will last for 14 days, and it is hopeful will re-open for Tuesday April 7th

We understand this announcement raises many questions from our dedicated employees and from our loyal customers. MSLM greatly appreciates their patience and support at this challenging time. Several decisions are currently being analyzed by the resort management team. More information will be communicated in the coming days.

Podium Pass Sale: The sale ended March 23rd, 2020. At this time, the sale will not be extended.

Discounted e-Tickets: All unused TicketOps e-Tickets purchased in 2019/20 will be valid for the entire 2020/21 ski & snowboard season. Please note, this is a temporary adjustment to MSLM’s existing policies on e-Tickets.

Seasonal Locker Access: Following measures issued by the provincial government, no access will be granted to recuperate equipment from lockers and repair shops. Your material is secure and locked. There will be more communication when new measures are issued.

The resort is dependent on government authorities' and announcements in a situation that is changing and developing every day. MSLM will continue to do everything it can to contribute to socially limiting the spread of this pandemic and keeping our valued employees safe. All requests and concerns will be addressed as quickly as possible and within our capabilities.
