The mission of Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort is to provide the best recreational skiing / boarding experience possible making sure every guest has an enjoyable and safe visit.

We will continue to improve and update equipment and facilities so each guest will enjoy their visit time after time.

Service Animals and Support Persons

We are committed to welcoming customers that are accompanied by a service animal or support person on the parts of our premises that are open to the public. Service animals may not be in any area where food is being stored or prepared under the Food and Beverage Law.

Feedback Process

The ultimate goal of Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort is to meet and surpass customer expectations. Let’s us know how we’re doing, feedback can be made by:

  • Speak to a Manager on Duty
  • Fill out a feedback card located at Guest Services.

All feedback will be directed to the General Manager for review.  Responses will be sent within 14 business days.

MSLM will provide accessible formats or other supports if the resort receives a request to do so.
